Pending Sales up in Seacoast Despite Weather

Despite one snow storm after another in our region, The Seacoast Board of Realtors reported January pending single family sales were healthy in an expanded sampling of 13 Seacoast towns. Pending sales are homes that have gone under agreement with buyers and are "pending" closing. Residential pendings were up 20 percent from December and condo pendings were up by 50 %. January is historically the slowest month of the year for sales.

It is still winter in New England; try and enjoy the snow. The days are getting longer and the grass will show again, really.
