Year to Date Seacoast NH Sales, Collecting Papers for Tax Deductions

Greetings:


As the local market winds down a bit for the holidays; here are the year to date stats for our towns:







Total home sales from the beginning of the year to today, Nov 30th
Dover NH: 187 homes sold , there are currently 24 more homes under agreement with buyers.

Barrington NH: 93 homes sold, 9 homes are under contract.

Newmarket NH: 41 homes sold, 5 homes are under contract.

Somersworth NH: 74 homes sold, 11 homes are under contract.

Lee NH: 32 homes sold, there are no homes currently under agreement.

We had a few snowflakes this week in the Seacoast, but homes are still selling.

Finally; regrettably; I put the kayak paddles away. The bay under the bridge today sure looked tempting though , between tides, mirror-like. We even passed a car still carrying their kayak today in Newington.
