I was curious as to how much real estate has sold in this area since January 1st; How many houses are on the market now and how many have contracts with buyers on them? You hear from the media, the markets up, down, however they wish to spin it...but here are the facts for this area. You decide how the market is doing based on numbers; not just talk. I apologize that I did not include all the town in this data. It takes a fair amount of work to find the numbers so I chose several towns from both Rockingham and Strafford County. Let me know if this information is useful to you in a comment.
